How to get appraisal customers

Accept the board membership#

Wikily places the board offer on day 8, or day 5 with Skip Intro. Have the displayed joining fee in cash; fees vary by difficulty. Use your run’s offer rather than one universal quoted price.

Put the certificate in the display case#

1. Find the Appraisal Board certificate received through membership.
2. Place it in the display case; carrying it elsewhere does not meet this condition.
3. Check it is still displayed if appraisal visits stop.

Prepare for the first inspection#

Have a Magnifying Glass ready. The item reference lists the board and Mentor as sources and says it can be kept in the Dossier.

1. Inspect the customer’s item with the glass.
2. For a Cybernetic Hand, record all five property groups and calculate its value.
3. Submit the estimate in the Inspection Tray, then use Next item for another hand.

If nobody arrives#

• No membership: finish the joining interaction.
• Certificate in inventory: move it to the display case.
• Lost certificate: the community reference describes a replacement of your rank arriving in morning store inventory.
• Certificate displayed but no visit today: visits use a chance, not a guaranteed daily appointment.
• Customers bring another item type: use that type’s reference; the current calculator handles Cybernetic Hands.
